  2. After you submit the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you entered during registration. Follow the link provided in the confirmation email to activate your account.
  3. Once you have activated your account by confirming your email you are ready to start bidding!

 I’ve just won an auction, how do I pick up my product(s)?

Following completion of the auction, you will be contacted for payment details as well as other arrangements.

After I’ve won an auction, how long do I have to pay?

All auctions must be paid for within 24 hours otherwise they will be sold to the runner-up.

What are your payment methods?

We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

We must charge the appropriate sales tax according to the State/City/County tax regulations.

How do I pay for my winning bids?

Following completion of the auction, you will be contacted via email or phone. All won car auctions are processed within 7 days of the auction’s completion and payment.

How do I receive my car after I win an auction?

Following the completion of the auction, we will contact you to make any necessary arrangements.
